First time using hard-anodized cookware and I couldn't be more pleased with this product. KitchenAid can be hit or miss in terms of quality but buying this along with their 12 piece set has made cooking and cleaning up an absolute breeze.
I tested this griddle by burning some eggs on it and they came off the bottom of the pan with no effort, just had to swirl around the part that connects the handle to the pan a few times to get the rest.
I'm extremely happy with this pan!

Shipped quickly. Nonstick from the start. No "seasoning" needed. Nice size. Fits over large burner without having cool edges.

The griddle works very good but I have to be very careful when using it on my glass top cooking surface the heat transfer is awesome. I've had to adjust the heat to lower levels because of this. Works great!

This is the perfect complement to the Kitchenaid Gourmet Essentials Hard Anodized 12 Piece Cookware Set. In fact, this addition made the set complete.
The griddle matches the large stock skillet in size, and the glass lid from the set will work on the griddle.
Kithenaid has always been an outstanding product line. This griddle will not disappoint.

KitchenAid's Gourmet Anodized Nonstick 12" round griddle was the perfect gift for my son-in-law, a great cook. He found that the 12" size and cool grip handle made the process of making morning omlets a breeze.
