4 out of 5 stars splattery!   August 4, 2008
The only complaint I've got with my square grill pan is that when you are cooking over high heat there is a lot of grease splatter onto the stovetop because of the low sides of the pan. But all grill pans have the same basic design, so it isn't an issue confined to this particular pan. I like the Contemporary Nonstick series from Calphalon because I have never had any success using the anodized type of pan, this is the more traditional non-stick and I am happy with it. I've had several of this series for over six months now and the surface is holding up fine, no deterioration so far. The design of the pan is good, the handle stays cool on the stovetop and you can put it in the oven because it is all metal.

5 out of 5 stars Great Grill Pan   July 1, 2008
I love this Calphalon nonstick grill pan. It works exactly like I expected and wanted it to. Clean up is a breeze. Also, the price was very good. I had been looking for a pan to grill steaks inside the house and this one caught my eye because of the good company name and the price. I know I'm going to get a lot of use out of it.

5 out of 5 stars GREAT PRODUCT!!   March 31, 2008
This grill pan is the best! I use it almost daily--it seldom gets put away in the cupboard. The uses are endless. It's easy to clean and maintain. Certainly worth owning!

5 out of 5 stars Recommended by a Friend: I Agree It's Great   March 15, 2008

I saw a friend who had this pan and I used it for chicken skewers which had to go into a hot oven. I liked that it was able to be in a hot oven yet was nonstick. Then I realized it was just what my husband wanted as he is the breakfast chef and had mentioned he wanted a square pan for cooking his bacon. So I bought it and it is perfect for making bacon fast and keeping it flat in the pan, not to mention all it's other uses and easy cleanup.

5 out of 5 stars Great Price   January 18, 2008
It works great on thin cuts of meat. It leaves the nice grill marks and the pan is sturdy. It's also a great price; one of the high end cookware stores sells this exact pan for a lot more. If you're cooking thick cuts it becomes more difficult and I reccomend the George Foreman with adjustable tempature.
