 Nice Griddle August 27, 2008
This griddle works well. It is sleek and modern and fits on my stove. You can cook two different things at a time (can put the burners at different temps). The clean up is so easy. Love to cook breakfast on! Cute in my kitchen.
Perfect two-burner griddle August 14, 2008

When I purchased my new glass stovetop, I was thrilled to see it has a "bridge" option that allows me to combine two burners.
I bought this two-burner griddle to make pancakes. I also used it for stuffed boneless chicken breasts, which I brown on the stove and then finish off in the oven.
For both uses, the griddle was perfect. It has a completely nonstick flat bottom; it cooks pancakes quickly and evenly; the handles do not get hot; it cleans with a swipe of a sponge. Even the browned-on chicken bits came right off.
And the red is so cheerful.
Great for pancakes July 20, 2008
Since I bought this on the basis of good reviews at this site, I should add my voice. We previously made pancakes in a standard pan and the results on the griddle are much better. The handles are insulated, the surface is easy to clean. An excellent product.

This is a great griddle. We use it on our ceramic top stove and place it over two burners. It stays flat and makes great french toast on Sunday mornings!!

I love this griddle. It is high quality and perfectly meets my expectation. It is great for making pancakes, eggs, grilled cheese and other meals for a family of 5.
