So I saw this item in a different pattern about 3 months ago and i thought "WOW! How cool is that?... an art-deco frying pan. AWESOME!, right?". WRONG! The geniuses who came up with the idea to paint these kaleidoscopic designs on the bottoms of the ESPRIT ITALIAN-MADE COOKWARE only went as far as dazzling you with looks. Clearly no one considered that the design needed to be FLAME RETARDANT... DUH!
Upon my first use of both the Sauce pan AND the 10" Frying Pan, the color faded and the bottom scorched. In my efforts to regain the color (thinking surely all this needed was a little soap and water) the design began to come off altogether. In addition to that, the teflon inside also has begun to separate and scratch. I have only had this thing since September and it didnt last a week. BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! HISSSSSSSSSS!!!!
