| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description KitchenAid's Gourmet Essentials line features nonstick cookware constructed from hard-anodized aluminum that provides long-term durability and outstanding performance. The nonstick surface offers convenient cooking, easy release and hassle-free cleanup! Comfortable cool-grip handles feature an 18/10 stainless steel shaft encased in soft silicone rubber. Some of the cookware also come with break-resistant glass lids: these are dome-shaped lids which shut tightly to secure all the moisture, nutrients and flavor. Handwash with mild dish soap.

Where's the cover? September 16, 2008 I needed a pan with a "helper handle" and this is fine for a few things, however, it really should have a cover. Its impossible to cook so many items that need to be simmered because the sauce can go everywhere and you can't melt cheese on a dinner while its in the pan. I find this pan pretty useless and usually go back to my old set of pans. Kitchenaid should offer a cover.
A gift...but she loves it! September 24, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This skillet was a birthday gift for my mother, who wanted something a bit larger than what she had. She loves this item, especially the handy handle!
Love this pan!! July 27, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I have the Kitchenaid 5 ply cookware set which is wonderful, but needed some non stick cookware. I have the Calphalon 10" griddle. The non stick is great, but the outside of it is horrible! No matter what I do it looks dirty. I swore never to buy anymore hard anodized cookware, but the price on this Kitchenaid pan was so good I decided to give it a try. It is wonderful! The nonstick surface truly is nonstick, and the outside stays clean looking! I love this pan!!!
Nice pan December 6, 2006 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This pan was purchased as a gift for my spouse and we love it. It does not stick, it looks great and all at a nice price. We have more costly pans but this one works better then all of them.
