 best fry pan ever November 16, 2008
I got the reccommendation for this non-stick fry pan from [..]and America's Test Kitchen and it is the BEST Fry Pan I've ever used. It is light, easy to clean,food cooks evenly and food doesn't stick.

This pan was the highly recommended choice by America's Test Kitchen. Even heat, hard anodized scratch-resistant coating, handle that could be placed in an oven, were all the promises in the review and selection by the Test Kitchen staff and they were absolutely correct.

As good as August 8, 2008
This pan is as good as ATK says it is. I have sauteed chicken cutlets, created a pan sauce from the fond, carmelized onions, and made pizza sauce. It accommodated everything nicely and clean up was a breeze. Don't hesitate. Get this pan since it is almost impossible to find in the stores.
