The World Cuisine Perforated Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat is coated on both sides with non-stick pure silicone. The micro-perforations allow greater and more even contact with the heat of the oven. This is perfect for baking breads, buns, pizzas and pastry dough. It is also ideal for cooling cakes and cookies, as the perforations eliminate unnecessary condensation to keep dough crispy. It's thermal shock resistant from - 40 F to 600 F and is reusable up to 3,000 times. No greasing or special maintenance is necessary. Clean with a sponge under warm tap water. Do not use on open flame. The baking mat may be placed directly on an oven rack or cooling rack. Roll the mat rather than fold it when storing.
