 Great choice for non-stick or otherwise! October 9, 2008
I know it seems a bit expensive, anything from Henckels is worth every last penny....they're really nice and solid feeling, look elegant, and last forever. The handles are also a high-point, in that they don't get hot at all, have a nice heat-proof grip on them, and look classy. I've had more than one occasion in which I accidentally left it on a hot burner (we have a flat top stove), but they're doing great, despite nearly a year of use and at least 100 trips through the dishwasher in potscrubber/sanitize/temp boost mode. The scoop is nice and stiff, with just enough flex in it to clean out corners without needing a separate spatula. I disagree with the previous reviewer about the workmanship...I "auditioned" several similar products and these stood out - thank goodness for Amazon's liberal return policy for everything else!
Believe me, you won't be disappointed - you get what you pay for!

As to function, this is above average. But the finishing was poor. I'm surprised this manufacturer would produce, or allow to be produced, such sub-standard workmanship.
