Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
You'll love being able to look through the tempered glass lids to monitor cooking progress. With non-stick cookware you choose how much additional fat or oil you'll add to your recipe. Heavy gauge anodized aluminum assures you a lifetime of impressive service. By purchasing a set you get this fine cookware at the best possible price and all the pieces you may ever need.

Amazon.com Review
Harder than steel and coated inside with DuPont's exceptionally durable, three-layer Autograph nonstick, the pots and pans in this 12-piece set outfit a kitchen with cookware that's rugged enough for everyday use and looks great on the stovetop or in open storage. Made of hard-anodized aluminum, the pots and pans heat quickly and evenly without hot spots, resist scratching and denting, and are oven-safe to 500 degrees F. Hollow, 18/10 stainless-steel handles polished to a mirror finish stay cool on the stove and are riveted for durability. Handles and rims on tempered-glass lids match the handles in looks and permit cooking to be monitored without releasing heat.

The set consists of 2-quart and 3-quart saucepans with lids; a 4-quart saucepot with lid; a 5-quart saute pan with lid; an 8-quart stockpot with lid; a 4-quart stainless-steel steamer insert; and a 10-inch skillet. Anolon Professional cookware carries a lifetime warranty against defects, and lids are guaranteed against breakage for a lifetime. --Fred Brack

5 out of 5 stars Great Set   October 30, 2008
Definitely a good purchase. I bought this set about 4 months ago and they have been perfect! They still look brand new. Yes they are heavy, but that's a plus, they are thick and distribute heat very well.

Eggs cook well on the non-stick.
The strainer is awesome to steam artichokes in the large pot.
The saucer is perfect for even cooking veggies you would cook in a wok.

This is a very versatile set.

5 out of 5 stars Awsome!   July 17, 2008
I haven't used all of the items in this set, but the ones I used are great. Definitely not sticky.
The handles do get hot, but just use oven mits.
Good quality.

5 out of 5 stars Awesome set and great deal!   July 3, 2008
Ive been using this set for about 2 months now. So far there are no signs of wear. They feel sturdy and cook evenly. I'm pretty happy with them. A similar set from Beds, Bath, and Beyond will run $200-500. I had a similar style set that I bought at Sam's Wholesale Club. I believe the brand was Member's Mark. They were wearing out pretty quickly and for some reason the oil seemed to stain the sides. But with this set it's not the case. I'm guessing the metal is a harder one.

3 out of 5 stars Not Stay Cool Handles   July 1, 2008
My tender hands find the handles on the covers don't stay cool enough for me to use without pot holders. It's also heavier than I expected, but I guess eventually I will build up some muscles in my arms to easily handle the bigger pots. The width of the steamer insert makes it easy for me to steam larger plates of food!

5 out of 5 stars Great Pans   June 25, 2008
I had an old set of these pans for the last 10 years. They still are really in good shape. I seen these on sale and just had to get a spare for when my old ones finally give out.I love them!!
