NON STICK Oneida March 28, 2008
This pan is large and what's more it's non stick. Cooking with this pan you can prepare a meal for a large party. Cleaning up the pan and the rack is a breeze. Makes cooking a real pleasure.
It is also of great quality and I would highly recommend this pan.

Just made our Thanksgiving turkey in this pan and I cannot say enough good things about it. Although our turkey was very large (27 lbs. plus stuffing) and therefore took a great deal of time to cook, NOT ONE SINGLE SCRAP of turkey or stuffing stuck to the pan. Also, it was nice to have a large enough pan to accommodate the whole turkey with nothing hanging over the sides for a change!
Cleaning was a snap, I just rinsed it in hot water than washed it by hand with Dawn to remove the greasy residue... took less than a minute. I was amazed to see that the backed-on splatters on the handles also wiped off with very little effort as they were stainless, not non-stick.
My new mission in life is to find the same pan in a smaller size for "normal" size meats. I haven't checked yet but I'm hoping Amazon will have it.
A Good Roasting Pan June 14, 2007
This is a good roasting pan and I have found uses for it besides roasting a turkey (which it does quite well). It is a nice size - I roasted a 14 pound bird in it with plenty of room to spare. The turkey came out nice and evenly brown and delicious. The absolutely best thing about this pan is the clean up - very easy.

I needed a pan a little larger then the normal, when I looked around ones I saw were either too large and would not fit into my oven, or too small for the large turkeys I like to cook. Like the "three bears" This was just right! Thank you!
