The Simply Calphalon Nonstick Anodized line of cookware is an excellent alternative for those who prefer cooking on a nonstick surface and who desire Calphalon quality at a budget price. This 11-inch square griddle cooks four hamburger patties, grilled cheese sandwiches, or fried eggs and has a 1/2-inch rim that keeps cooking oil or meat juices from running off the sides. A 1-3/4-inch backstop provides helpful leverage for flipping pancakes or French toast and raises the griddle's handle to a safe height above the cooking flame. Made of durable hard-anodized aluminum of uniform thickness, the pan is an excellent heat conductor and cooks food quickly and evenly. Its double-coated nonstick interior prevents food from sticking and makes cleanup easier. The pan has a contoured oval stainless-steel handle with a blasted satin finish that is comfortable to grip and is held in place by sturdy stainless-steel rivets. The contrasting brushed stainless-steel cover is slightly domed for steaming foods, offering more versatility to this pan. This griddle is oven-safe up to 375 degrees F so you don't have to dirty several pans to make one dish.  Sturdy and functional May 8, 2008
I use this pan more than any other in my kitchen. It's easy to clean and my eggs over don't stick.
Prone to warping because of its lack of thickness, but a great value! May 8, 2008
This pan is really good for making pancakes, bacon, hamburgers, etc., but it is a bit thin and has warped slightly. Make sure you don't leave it on the burner for any length of time!
Great griddle - great price April 30, 2008
I recommend this griddle to anyone. The heat is evenly distributed and it is heavy. We made pancakes with it and they came out beautifully. Great value!

The bottom of this pan is too thin and it quickly became too warped to even cook an egg on. I got sick of it taking up valuable space in my cabinet and gave it away.
