 Nice mini muffin pan! February 24, 2008
I bought this pan to make mini muffins for my son and the size is perfect for his little fingers. With the non-stick surface, I did not need to add any additional grease or sprays and the muffins came out nicely. The clean up was a cinch as well. I plan to purchase a second one. I love it!

I have never made smaller muffins before, and this pan was wonderful for it! I have also made little cheesecake bites, little veggie cups, and of course cupcakes. The non-stick feature helps in getting the mini treat out of the pan and makes for easy clean up. All my treats cooked evenly. I love the Cuisinart brand and will continue to purchase their products. Very affordable, and a great value.

This PEELED (yes, peeled) before i even used it ONCE!! Terrible waste of $ albeit it's pretty cheap, but if I were you, I'd get something more expensive that will last! I am not sure what possessed me to get this as opposed to something more reputable, as I'm pretty exacting of my cookware.

I have used this pan to make mini brownies, muffins, cupcakes and savories. The size doesn't miss, and you won't miss the size... of the larger things you used to bake in traditional-sized bakeware.
Everybody loves a tiny treat! They can be presented in a darling manner- nestled in a baking cup, say two at a time, or just stacked in a cookie tin. They also allow you to indulge your sweet tooth whilst still cutting down on calories! Buy two and save on time and electricity- they turn out very nicely baked bits.

Since starting with cuisinart products,I am very pleased with the quality.The professional weight and nonstick surface is perfect.I am slowly replacing every piece of bakeware I own with cuisinart,it cant be beat for the price.
