The Simply Calphalon Nonstick Anodized line of cookware is an excellent alternative for those who prefer cooking on a nonstick surface and who desire Calphalon quality at a budget price. Perfect for larger portions, this 12-inch omelet pan cooks a large six-egg omelet or a family-sized frittata. Its low, sloping sides also make it useful for shallow frying of crab cakes or for searing chicken breasts. Made of durable hard-anodized aluminum of uniform thickness, the pan is an excellent heat conductor and cooks food quickly and evenly. Its double-coated nonstick interior prevents food from sticking and makes cleanup easier. The pan has oval stainless-steel handles with a blasted satin finish that are comfortable to grip and are held in place by sturdy stainless-steel rivets.  Great pan; clean-up is a snap August 20, 2007
I got this pan for a steal at Tuesday Morning for about $27. I love it. The coating is slick as a whistle, the pan heats evenly and you couldn't find an easier surface to clean. I'd venture to say it would even be worth the regular $55 price tag. I'm so glad I found mine so cheap!

We use this pan on a daily basis and it is great. It provides very good heat control to your food. It is a great size to cook a whole meal in. Food browns well and always looks good. The pan cleans up nicely too. I have had mine for a year and a half and I am back online to buy some more Calphalon products.

I have not received this item yet. I tracked this item and it seems that it was delivered Aug 12 to Phoenix, Az. I live in Oklahoma and that was the address on the shipment. What can be done about this? Thank yo. Please let me hear from you soon. L. Jackson

It's the best pan I have ever owned. I just love it! I use it daily. Nothing sticks or burns in it.From omelettes to vegetables everything slides off. Cleaning is a breeze.
