Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
KitchenAid's Gourmet Essentials line brings you high quality cookware constructed from brushed stainless steel and aluminum. The brushed 18/10 stainless steel exterior graduates to a gleaming shine at the top while an aluminum disc base fully encapsulated by stainless steel provides even heating across the bottom of the pan. Ultra comfortable cool grip handles are comprised of an 18/10 stainless steel shaft encased in soft silicone rubber. The handles are dual riveted to the pan for added security and strength. Handwash with mild dish soap.

5 out of 5 stars Non Stick Shabbos Kugel Pan   June 1, 2008
This pan is Great for Shabbos Lokshin Kugel .
It has a great non stick surface and a wonderful heavy aluminum clad bottom to heat evenly
I give it 5 stars

P.S. it does fry chicken shnitzel greatly, as a home chef I recommend it

5 out of 5 stars great   February 9, 2008
This pan is a great value. I have used it over and over. No complaints.

5 out of 5 stars excellent addition to the kitchen   March 9, 2007

I purchased the smaller version of this skillet and was so impressed I bought the 12 inch pan. This is a heavy skillet, so like all good cookware, it takes a little time to come to temperature. Very even heating and easy clean up. For those times when a nonstick surface is desired, you can't find a better product.

2 out of 5 stars not good for browning   January 4, 2004

This pan takes forever to heat up. Everything else about the pan is fine, but if you want to saute something quickly, forget it. I find that feature very frustrating. Even pancakes wouldn't brown well and were doughy in the middle. I gave the pan away and bought a Cuisinart.
