Amazon.com Review Professional-level KitchenAid II bakeware produces delicious sweets, making dessert the best part of the meal. This three-piece set gets a new kitchen started with some of the most essential bakeware equipment. The set includes a 15-inch Slider cookie sheet; a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan for breads or casseroles; and a 9-inch square cake pan for brownies or crumb cake. Made of heavy-duty .6-millimeter carbon steel, the pans offer excellent heat distribution and are resistant to warping under high temperatures. The nonstick coating lets you forego using additional butter to grease the pans as it releases cakes and cookies with ease. The durable nonstick surface also holds up to both metal utensils and repeated cleanings in the dishwasher. The cookie sheet has a unique Slider design, which features a ramp at one end of the sheet so baked goods slip right onto a plate with one tilt of the cookie tray. When laying flat, the entire bottom surface of the sheet rests at the same level without sloping. This bakeware has rolled edges for added strength and oversized rims for safe and easy handling under intense heat. This jelly-roll pan is covered by a one-year hassle-free replacement warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde

Best Yet July 3, 2008 I have a bunch of pans of this nature; however, not one comes close to the quality of these. Having used them several months, I find all positive comments about the way they work and they really do work. No stick? You bet. Easy to clean? You bet. After using a lot, I find they look just like they did when they came in and that's fantastic. Would I buy more? I sure would without hesitation.
Kitchen Aid's Great but not for these pans September 20, 2005 I wasn't as happy with this product as I thought I would be. With a long history of buying Kitchen Aid products I thought this was a great deal. The brownie pan sticks even when well greased or sprayed with Pam. I've ultimately stopped using it most of the time. I like the bread pan but it browns on the bottom sooner than my other pans so I use them instead an only use it for meatloaf. The cake pans are great and I use them frequently! The best item out of the set. It just seems like these pans aren't heavy enough and conduct the heat too fast. I have similar trouble with the 13" slider pan that I purchased seperately. I am going to continue purchasing the Calphalon (bought right after these) that I have been SO THRILLED with instead and stick to kitchen aid for appliances and cooking utensils.
