Not the version with indentations to prevent sticking April 12, 2007

This is an excellent Santoku knife, but I thought it had the indentations on it to decrease sticking. Don't get this if you want the kind that easily goes through everything. This knife does chop well, and is excellently made except for the lack of indentations.
