The tools are a 10-inch whisk for whipping cream and eggs and blending sauces; a 7-inch miniwhisk for twirling in narrow containers; a 12-1/2-inch ball whisk that shortens whisking time, aerates better, and works into corners better than a wire whisk; an 11-1/2-inch soup ladle; an 11-inch potato masher; a 13-inch slotted turner; a 10-inch cheese grater; a fruit-and-vegetable peeler; a citrus zester; and a bottle opener.
