| Customer Reviews:
Feels good to have in my kitchen October 25, 2008 This is a sturdy, large, drain board and drying rack. (I bought them together from Amazon.) Unlike the older Rubbermaid models that were flimsy, these keep their shape and integrity, and hold a lot of dishes and pans. (I don't use a dishwasher.)
I don't know why the little side cup rack on the dryer is removeable, but its a handy and sturdy place to dry 2 or 3 cups, max. There is a little metal towel holder on one end which is convenient for a dish rag.
I like them farther back on my counter, not draining into the sink, and the removable feet on the base allows it to sit stably on the counter (no wobbling). After dishes are put away, I empty out any remaining water and dry it off. It feels so clean: must be the microbial material it is made out of.
Beautiful and functionable. October 10, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
In my remodeled kitchen I did not want some old ugly rubber dish drainer. I looked and looked and found the wooden ones which were cool but used in the past and not very functional for a large load of dishes. Looked at the stainless steel and the prices were sky high. Found this one that looks cool and takes a large load of dishes to dry before I get to put them away. And if I don't get it put away it is not an old ugly thang. :) PS--Can you tell I have no dishwasher except me.
Not as good as it looks online September 10, 2007 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
When I received this item, it was more flimsy than I expected from a metal product, and the uprights around the perimeter had a cross-bar running through them which prevented putting glassware there. Also, the bottom of the drainer has a series of upright tabs for stacking plates, but many others use a flat-bottom design which is more versatile.
