Good sink mat March 16, 2008
This is one of the few sink mats I would recommend. No only does it not rust terribly, but it's one of the most convenient to use. In the past, the wire racks have rusted after about 3-4 months and I've had to buy new ones ... not this one! It still is going after much longer, and very little rust. Because of the inhibitors built into the coating on the wires, the rust simply wipes off (if there is any). The hinged middle is a great idea (you don't have to remove the whole thing to get something down the disposal -- just the hinged side). It also helps keep the sink much cleaner than traditional plastic mats ... no more "yuck" under the mat!
I recommend this item to anyone who needs a good sink protector.
