This is almost the exact same item as I saw in online catalogs for 2-3 times the price... and it works fine. Actually bought it for my boyfriend, who has a very small laundry room. He says it solves the problem of not having anywhere to hang clothes right out of the washer/dryer... and it folds out of the way when not in use.

Item arrived in poor packaging; manual was torn and I had to tape it together to read it!!! On top of that, there are missing screws & caps. I had to buy matching screws & caps to complete the assembling. After all, this rack doesn't even stand still. My worst garment organizing product ever!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

This is a sturdy rack. Easy to assemble and flat to store. Shipping was very fast.

Not the best, but it does work. It is a pain to put together. I wish there were alternatives to this, but this is the best out there right now.

could not assemble it because the screws were to short. Bought longer screws but folding caddy will not fold up. I would love to return this item but do not have correct information I need. Can you send me info I need to return this piece of junk???
