The set includes seven wooden tools and a wire whisk--making it a great gift for a start-up kitchen or second home. A brass plaque riveted to the side reads "Tools." A lacquer finish prevents tarnishing. To keep the caddy looking bright and new, hand wash in hot, soapy water and towel dry. Abrasive pads and cleansers should be avoided. The caddy measures 6-1/4 by 4-1/2 inches. This set comes with all of the tools required to work with some of the better tin-lined copper cookware. Extremely quick shipping.

I made this purchase as a gift for my stepmother. Well, not so much a gift but as a replacement, after I scorched one of her 3 caddies on the stove top. She was so delighted with the new caddy that she wanted another. So, I bought her a second one. Not only does she really like the caddy, but she also discovered tools she had not yet collected in her 60+ years of cooking. I am glad I made this choice.

We purchased this item mainly as a copper accent for the kitchen, but have come to find it quite handy as well as decorative. The size was just what we were looking for. Very nice quality. This pairs very well with copper salt and pepper shakers we bought at the same time, and they look great on the kitchen workcenter.
