Non-stick qualities are decent but not exciting. There can be uneven browning on some items, especially small ones. In addition, it gets filthy easily and oils don't clean off as easily as I would have expected.

Scones can make a real mess out of cookie sheets; the sugar sprinkled on top burns onto pans and they're never the same again. I had been spraying parchment paper with Pam (ick) to keep my scones from burning, but that still left the pan a mess. Last time I tried the Matfer and it worked beautifully! The scones were perfectly done on the bottom and I didn't even have to clean the cookie sheet afterward. I'm still looking for a good storage solution for it though.

While I really don't use this for baking cookies (it makes them spread just a little more than I like) I do use this for baking other items like frozen pizzas, fish, chicken, and the like. It keeps those things from sticking and they just slide off. The only thing I don't like about it? I just don't know where to store it as you have to roll it up. But otherwise, I love it!

I don't know how I managed without these. I got another 2 and now have 3 and whether I use them for cookies or baked chicken with BBQ sauce, NOTHING sticks and clean-up....well, it's history!!! I like them best for chicken wings. Hubby makes them wicked and I always am glad to clean up;-)

I can't believe it took me so long to get one of these. So much healthier than greasing and so easy. Nothing has ever stuck.
I would have given it five stars but I noticed a couple tiny pinholes after only a handful of uses. This hasn't caused any kind of problems at all, but I worry if they enlarge.
