 Great when making "No Knead Bread" too January 20, 2008
I just found that by using this when I make "No Knead Bread" I avoid the problem of dough sticking to the kitchen towel while it's rising. You betcha! Now, how good is that?

This thing works great! I bought this for my wife for Christmas and I never thought I would be more impressed with it than she is. It works fantastic, no mess, no non-stick spray. Definitely buy one if you do a lot of baking.

I bought these to use in the paint and glue area of my carving studio. They work just as I had hoped. Clean up is a breeze, even the glue slides right off!
You'll Never Buy Parchment Again January 18, 2008
I've used both Silpat and Matfer Exopat nonstick silicone baking sheets. They're virtually identical, but the Matfer Exopat from Amazon is really cheap at about 10-bucks each. Nothing sticks---Nothing! Cleaning pans is a breeze and rarely, if ever, do bread bottoms get overdone.
I've used them commercially for lemon bars, raspberry bars, etc. in full size sheet pans. Frankly, I won't bake without them.
