Awesome product November 30, 2007 Awesome pans for the price, look upkeep and really non stick. I would recommend to a friend, and don't buy any other pots or pans.
Love this pan! October 31, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this pan several years ago and it quickly became my favorite. It's the perfect shape for 2 ears of corn, rice doesn't boil over, easy to clean up...I just love it. Have given it as a wedding gift, too. When our house burned down two months ago, this was one of two pans I decided to replace.
The Best Darned Sauce Pan That I've ever owned. October 25, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I ordered this "Short n' Saucy" pan because of the recommendation of America's Test Kitchen. They underestimated the usefulness of this spectacular pan. The unique shape makes it easy not to spill or splash food, and also to stir what you're cooking without food hiding along the edges.
I know that you're suppose to use it for sauces. I've been using it for almost everything since I received it. Eggs in the morning, pancakes, sauces, stews, re-heating food, you name it, the pan will cook it evenly and thoroughly. The glass lid ensures that you can keep an eye on what's going on. The non-stick coating means really easy clean up.
Nonstick saucepan October 22, 2007 This pan lives up to its glowing review in Cook's Illustrated. It browns well, makes a nice sauce reduction, and cleans up very easily.
Excellent Value! October 17, 2007 This was an excellent value on a very high quality item -- it's a wonderful addition to my starter set of Calphalon Contemporary cookware.
