Nonstick Omelet Pan December 31, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a very good heavy weight nonstick omelet pan. If you use your pan frequently, I find the most non stick coatings only last 1-2 years, even on the best quality pan. I just try to find pans that are not overly expensive and then replace them.

Light weight, but durable. Does everything I need it to do. Clean up is easy. I use it everyday. Buy it TODAY!
Worth the price.. November 16, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This pan is well worth the price that I paid for it. Cooks as expected and easy to clean.
But, I had to give it only four stars because the non-stick surface is starting to lift off a bit after only eight months of gentle 2-3 times a week use. I had expected a longer life for the "Triple-coated" nonstick surface.
Calphon Contemporary Nonstick 10" Omlet Pan October 27, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Product was exactly as described. However, I found it too large for an individual 3 medium or 2 extra large egg omlet. I use it for scrambled eggs, bacon, steaks, etc. I did subsequently purchase an 8" omlet pan from the same manufacturer, and between the two pans I meet most of my small to medium pan needs.
Great eggs September 20, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My old non-stick fry pans reached the point of bonding with eggs no matter how much butter or oil I used. This new pan is slick enough to let me slide eggs out of the pan with a tilt. Nice balance, a good handle, and even cooking make this a winner at a very good price.
