5 out of 5 stars Great eggs   September 20, 2007
1 out of 1 found this review helpful

My old non-stick fry pans reached the point of bonding with eggs no matter how much butter or oil I used. This new pan is slick enough to let me slide eggs out of the pan with a tilt. Nice balance, a good handle, and even cooking make this a winner at a very good price.

4 out of 5 stars Great omlette pan.   July 30, 2007

Great Pan,washes easily.great for making omlettes or other sauteed items. Spray with a little pan spray, cook and foods slide off easily. Highly Recommended.

5 out of 5 stars Wife is happy!   May 12, 2007
I bought a Calphalon 10" omelet pan and I was hoping she'd like t. She LOVES it! It never sticks and cooks evenly. What more could she ask??

5 out of 5 stars Finally A Good Pan   March 9, 2007
If you read what to do and not to do with this pan you will be pleasantly surprised. The only mistake I made was using a low-fat butter substitute. It actually made my eggs stick and that was my fault.

5 out of 5 stars The best skillet ever!!!!   March 8, 2007

This is the best skillet I have ever used. I never liked stainless because it sticks and it's hard to keep clean. I love teflon, but there are some health issues with teflon. The best way to describe this skillet is that it's between a teflon skillet and an iron skillet. Instead of a coating on the pan like teflon the surface on the calphalon is more built into the skillet and it's durable as all get out.
