4 out of 5 stars great pan   March 27, 2008
I love this pan, it big and deep so it can cook a lot of food without making a mess. It really is nonstick even with no oil. Only problem the handle is very skinny, so if you have a lot of food in it and it is heavy, it makes it hard to pick up and hold straight it likes to tilt. It would be great if they put a helper handle on the front to give a better hold.

5 out of 5 stars My everyday cooker   March 16, 2008
I've tried pretty much all of the nonstick brands and eventually given them away. Not the Circulon. Its coating is tough and the skillet itself is of a size that makes it handy to use. It sautes, fries, grills, braises, etc. The lid makes it even more useful. If you are cooking main dishes for six or under people it becomes of all-purpose usefulness quickly. My "good" pots and pans now hang on their hooks neglected.

4 out of 5 stars Great skillet   March 4, 2008
I got this for myself since I needed a new skillet. I especially like the handle; it's comfortable and is able to go from stove top to oven. It holds a lot since it's deep and the cover makes it even more versatile.

5 out of 5 stars Perfect pan for a novice cook   February 10, 2008
or a more skilled one for that matter. It's easy to use and clean. And with it being 12 inches you can not worry so much when you have to turn things over. And this was shipped in one of the biggest boxes I have ever seen

5 out of 5 stars Excellent cookware   January 20, 2008
We have only used this twice to date but it is excellent for what you can cook in it. Sort of like a one pot meal, great for asian or any stir fry also for stovetop cooking like chicken or pork. Cleans up beautifully and looks to be made for many years of service. One draw back is you cannot invert the top and place in the pan so you can place another pan on top of it.
