I guess maybe my expectations were too high for what is supposed to be an $80 pan. Feels cheap and light. Cooking surface is full of imperfections - actual chunks of teflon on the surface. I think I am going to return this one.

I like this pan so much that I ordered one for each of my 7 kids. i have heard from most of them that they really like it too. It is great for browning and I use it in the oven for roasts too. the gravy is nicely browned too.

This pan met and exceeded our expectations. Very reasonably priced, easy to clean, even temperature across the entire pan. The double handles are a terrific asset making it easy to transfer and serve from. Also there is no long handle to hang over other burners and get hot.

The only complaint I have is that I can't keep my boyfriend from setting dirty dishes and silverware in it when I leave it in the sink. He also ran it through the dishwasher, which damaged the non-stick finish. Plus...you have to wear a hot mit to hold on to the handles....THEY GET REAL HOT!
