I've purchased the much more expensive Silpat liners in the past and I must say these are every bit as good but much cheaper. I would highly recommend these liners to any serious baker!

I love this product. I have replaced my parchment paper with these mats. I use them for baking all my cookies. Clean up is a breeze with soap and water. Also my cookies bake very evenly. I give these as gifts and everyone loves them.
I truly recommend them.

highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!! you will not find a better deal on these silicone mats anywhere! this is a great product whether you are pro or not! this makes a huge difference in your cookies and your baking sheets! no mess at all!

Great when making "No Knead Bread" too January 20, 2008
I just found that by using this when I make "No Knead Bread" I avoid the problem of dough sticking to the kitchen towel while it's rising. You betcha! Now, how good is that?
