easy use and cleaning July 7, 2008 This product works as you expect it to. After looking at the display of the Elite cookware set @ Linen and Things, I purchased this skillet and have been very happy with cooking and cleaning with this skillet. I use a gas stove and tilting handle does not happen.
Good but not balanced well May 18, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is a good skillet, as long as you only cook with the lid on. If you take the lid off, the pan may fall towards the handle, because the handle is so heavy. I've lost food and burned myself twice this way (plus ruined a pair of jeans).
I still use it, because it's a good pan, but if I had to buy another one I would choose a model with a lighter handle.
LOVE this skillet!!! May 13, 2008 I am a fan of Circulon products and this skillet did not disappoint. The heavy bottom and deep sides are wonderful for cooking anything. I've sauted, fried, browned, you name it and it performed great every time. I highly recommend it.
Love it! May 12, 2008 I recently purchased this fry pan and it has quickly become my go-to pan. It is a heavy weight and heats evenly. I like being able to view the cooking process through the glass lid. It cleans up so easily. Just a swipe with the soapy dish cloth and you're finished. It could use a second handle to make carrying it easier. That's the only negative. I would recommend this product to my friends!
great pan March 27, 2008 I love this pan, it big and deep so it can cook a lot of food without making a mess. It really is nonstick even with no oil. Only problem the handle is very skinny, so if you have a lot of food in it and it is heavy, it makes it hard to pick up and hold straight it likes to tilt. It would be great if they put a helper handle on the front to give a better hold.
