 Best thing ever invented for the cookie sheet November 16, 2008
I have several of these silpats. Everytime one wears out I get a replacement. They really keep things from burning and are very easy to clean.
Very Handy Kitchen Tool November 1, 2008
I've used a Silpat for several years with excellent results. I just bought two more for friends and family so that they too could share in tassle-free baking. The Silpat replaces parchment paper and is much easier and "greener" to use. Highly recommended and a "must" for the novice as well as the well-seasoned baker.

These sheets are wonderful, my baking time is cut down and everything comes out evenly browned. They are easy to clean up as well!

This is so much better than other silicone mats I've tried. Doesn't get a buildup of grease and doesn't retain the flavor from a previously baked item (i.e. peanut butter cookie flavored biscuits). No sticking whatsoever, even when hot from the oven.

This product works great. Nothing sticks. Cleanup is easy after a soak in soapy water. Make sure to buy a large enough pan to rest it in flat. A product I bought by Chicago Metallic works perfectly.
