5 out of 5 stars Great set of cookware!!   October 8, 2008
This is a great set of pots and pans. The handles are very comfortable and do not get hot while you are cooking. Cleanup is very easy. Depending on what I am cooking, I can just use a damp papertowel to clean them up. I have not had any trouble with staining on the outside or inside. The set still looks like it did when I took it out of the box. Great set for the price!!

5 out of 5 stars Exceptional quality for the price.   October 4, 2008
These are great. Nothing sticks to them and the handles do not get hot--even in the oven. The only thing I miss in this set is a pasta strainer.

3 out of 5 stars Teeny saucepans   October 3, 2008

Perhaps it's just because I had had my previous set for 10 years, and was accustomed to the sizes and capacities. But I find the sizes to be rather odd. The saucepans are all smaller than I consider practical. The largest one would barely hold soup for four people-- forget trying to cook a batch of pasta without pulling out the big stockpot. And the smallest one is so small that the weight of its own handle pulls it over. This means that I can't use it to make a roux, because the ingredients aren't heavy enough to counteract the weight of the handle and keep the pan upright.

Other than that (not insignificant) complaint, I'm pleased with the heat-resistant handles and the even heating of the pans themselves.

5 out of 5 stars Wonderful!   September 25, 2008
I love this cookware! I've been using handmedowns all my life. I never knew how different it was to cook with really good cookware. You use much less oil or water and get fantastic results!

I love this set of cookware!! Food just slips and slides around the pan without oil. Nothing sticks. Quick cleanup. And the handles and lids with the silicone are awesome!! Don't even need a potholder!! What I can't figure out is why I waited so long to get them!!
