Excellent Pans March 5, 2008 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
These omelette pans are excellent for everyday use. I've used them for everything from omelettes to stir-frys and sauces to chicken breasts. They are very easy to clean and look good on your cooktop. However, I have a small kitchen and find them a bit bulky to store in a cabinet.
Most importantly, at less than $75, they were such a good deal, that I am not too worried about ruining them. If they last me 18 to 24 months as my "go to" pans, I will be very happy.

So far, so good. January 18, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought these about a month ago. So far, so good. Nothing is sticking, clean up is easy. I would definately recommend.
Favorite pans January 12, 2008 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
These are the pans that get used in my house almost every day. They are heavy which distributes the heat evenly, but make the big one difficult to carry when it's full. The nonstick surfaces are better than most, but don't last forever. After about 4 years of frequent use, they started sticking a bit.
Good Quality December 22, 2007 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
I am very pleased with these 2 pans, was a little apprehensive at first because of the way the handles are mounted onto the pan itself, but so far this hasn't really caused too much of an inconvenience, although I do think the way Analon does theirs, I like it better. The reason I mentioned Analon is because that is the other brand I have and I thought I'd just try something different. As far as weight is concerned, I sort of like these better. Not too heavy and not to light either. Overall I would very much recommend these.
