I'm very pleased with these two pans. I have a ceramic cooktop and they each have a good, flat bottom and heat evenly. Cleanup is very easy. I recommended these to my daughter.

I have recently moved up from less expensive cookware to Calphalon and it is worth it, and even more worth it when it is on sale. Great stuff that cooks well at a great price. I look forward to cooking with this for years.

Don't miss out on this introductary offer! Retail for both of these pans is over $160.00. These pans heat quickly and evenly, and little or no oil is needed to saute or fry foods. Calphalon pans are used on the TV Show "Top Chef" and now I know why! LOVE THEM...Have purchased 4 sets...2 sets for me and 2 sets for my Mom, and am glad I did.

These two pans do most things in the kitchen. I make 1-pot dinners for three in the 12-inch pan easily. Nothing burns, nothing sticks. The 10 inch pan is perfect for breakfast and anything else I want to cook. Both pans clean up easily and work well at very high heat on my radiant cook top.

absolutely LOVE these pans! they are so versatile, so easy to clean and distribute the heat evenly to the food being cooked! GREAT deal for the money!
