Awesome towels June 22, 2008 This is absolutely the most absorbant, softest towel I have ever used. My favorite!! I will replace all of my old cotton towels with Pinzon Bamboo towels!
nice and soft June 21, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought a few sets of these towels, all the colors are absolutely georgeous! Some other reviews suggested the towels were too heavy, didn't seem to heavy and bulky to me... Very soft, pleasant to the touch like no other towel I had before. It is a pain though to wash them in cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low, but I can live with that... I'm giving it 4 stars because I had them for a few weeks and washed them just a few times.

Sheds and sheds. Good size and heavyweight, but leaves you covered in fuzz even after washing.
Super soft June 17, 2008 I bought these largely because other reviewers commented on how soft they were. Definitely are. Fantastic, and haven't had any trouble with washing/drying/too absorbent issue that has been reported with the towels.
They're very nice, but... June 16, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
First, I have to say that this is some of the softest and most pleasant material I've ever felt against my skin. These are wonderful towels and washcloths. However, even though they're quite luxuriant, the novelty soon fades and it seems that you've spent to much for something you only use for ten or fifteen minutes out of day. Plus, I had pangs of guilt every time I dried them in high heat along with all my other whites. All I could think of was the fabric pilling and the quality of the towels going down with each tumble in the dryer.
If they were cheaper, then there'd be no concern, but these are entirely too expensive to be worth the extra effort. If you only buy the best, I can assure you that these are perhaps the best towels you'll ever find on the market, but, if you're perfectly fine with cheap towels and washcloths and don't mind their roughness, I'd recommend staying away from these towels, no matter how soft and wonderful they feel. The payoff isn't really worth the investment.
