Just got this towel. Here's my take on this merchandise... CON: HEAVY, a major negative for me. Otherwise, color, softness, feel, size and compactness of loops are all very good.

I agree with all the comments here about the softness and wonderousness of these towels and have bought a set for my husband and myself as well as well for every friend and family member I know. These are fantastic. The only thing I can add here that I haven't seen anyone mention, maybe because they are too embarrassed or maybe because they are not as lazy as I, but these towels do not get stinky when you neglect to wash them. You know that certain smell cotton towels get when you forget to wash them for a while? It's unpleasant. I swear, and maybe it's not a good thing to not have the reminder, but these towels do not ever get mildewy or get that "un-fresh" smell. I suppose it's because of the antibacterial properties of the bamboo, but it's pretty cool. Especially if you have a damp bathroom or if you have a large family where lots of showers are taken or you are just trying to be responsible and conserve energy and water by not washing your towels so often.

Never knew towels could be so soft. They are incredible! What a difference. Could not buy anything else ever again.... Super great!

I have had these towels for about six weeks and put them through weekly washings and dryings and have found no faults. They are incredibly soft and thick. While they shed a bit of material initially, after the 3rd or 4th washing they stopped. I wash them on medium heat and dry them at the same setting and they come out just fine. The bath sheet is quite heavy and large so the regular size towel would probably work better for those who like to wrap the towel around themselves. I will also point out that these towels have much more of a freshly laundered smell even after a week of use. As others have pointed out, the blue is a bit toward the teal end of blue, but they are beautiful. I was so impressed that we just bought a second set (white) for the guest bathroom.

These towels are LUXURY embodied. They feel wonderful against your skin.
The only drawback is they take LONGER to dry than cotton.
