 Bamboo Towels...? Who would have thunk! May 21, 2008
I would never have believed bamboo could be so "soft" in towels. Even my husband commented appreciatively about the new towels' softness. I especially like my green towel.

I could make this a three word review: BUY THIS TOWEL. But some people don't like to be bossed around, so allow me to delve a little deeper, eh?
I only ordered the bath towel, so that is the one I will be talking about.
The first thing, which almost every reviewer had mentioned, is that these towels are INCREDIBLY SOFT. Like cashmere almost. And that's good stuff rite thar !!
I was also impressed by the water absorption ability of the towels - the water just basically JUMPS off your skin onto the towel.
I ordered two more of these immediately. If you have the dinero, just replace EVERY towel in your house with these towels. You will love that decision.
I'm buying more later, and I'm ordering some for my sister at Christmas, and maybe other family members also.
Buy yourself some of these towels. You deserve it !!
Very, very soft towels May 13, 2008
I can't believe how soft the towels are. They're great.
It's great that it's a "green" product. Bamboo doesn't require pesticides like cotton does, it grows fast, etc.
I also really like that bamboo is naturally anti-microbial. Dish and hand-towels can be some of the dirtiest articles in your whole house. It's satisfying to know that the towel is naturally anti-microbial/bacterial.

I love these towels. They dry well and are very soft. My wife has mixed feeling. Because they use the bamboo to make them, they are much heavier than a cotton towel. Ok. But in this case they are also about a third bigger than our old towels which makes the added weight much more evident. She says she drops the towel while drying because it is too heavy and too big. I don't have any problems, but that's why I only gave it 4 stars.

I just received my first set of towels and I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. These towels are amazingly soft, tightly weaved and incredibly absorbent and the color was a dead on match to the digital swatch pictured. I purchased the bath sheet this time around and is it ever long -longer than I expected, but it is a superior blanket of a towel. I'm 5'8", and this towel will drag on the floor for at least a foot.
Just a tip. Wash the towels when they arrive using just a little soap and softner. When you dry them, you don't need to use a Bounce sheet. These towels don't need it as they will dry just as silky soft when you first opened them. In fact, if you use a drying sheet, they may feel strange and I bet that they won't feel as absorbent as well. Just a thought.
