Never thought my cookies would be as good as my mother used to make, but these sheets make them come awfully close!
No more black bottoms or chocolate bits stuck to the baking sheet, and these sheets can be spoged off and used time and time again.
Talk about a seemingly simple invention that makes kitchen time happier - this is it!
A Baking Miracle September 7, 2002 The Matfer Exopat Nonstick Baking Sheeets are the greatest thing for the kitchen since nonstick cookware was invented. I haven't had one cookie to stick since I started using them. They make a less than perfect baker seem like a pro.

These sheets really make baking cookies a breeze. Nothing sticks. You can even make delicate sugar cookies without wondering are they going to come up off the pan. This also works pretty well with sticky buns. This saves time in clean up. If you had to replace a cookie sheet or add this instead, I would add one of these sheets. They are completely reuseable, and they also clean up in a jiffy.
