The scone pan works great. It's light weight and nothing sticks. Great product.

What can you say 'bout a pan? It works. It has good weight, bakes evenly and stuff pops right out. Eventually, all non-stick coatings wear out. Time will tell. Not sure why it's twice the price of the Lodge cast iron pan.
This was our first experience with scones, but definitely not our last. Yum.

I have purchased this pan, as well as two others as gifts, because I enjoy baking with this, producing great, perfect scones each time. I use a recipe that came with the original Nordic ware pan. This pan bakes evenly, quickly and perfect scones pop out each time. I spray it with Pam or a like spray oil lightly, and the cleanup is quick. Would recommend it for scone bakers.

I love this product. I don't have to roll out dough to make scones anymore; just press the dough directly into the pan. It is a breeze to clean as well. I own 3 of them!

Any recipe that calls for a 9" pan, just divide the batter/dough evenly within the 8 compartments follow specified cooking time and voila! Great item, no need to use butter or spray, baked goods slide right out and clean-up is a snap! After keeping this item in my wish list for some time now, I broke down and bought it. I'm Soooo glad I did and only wish I had done so sooner, I made cornbread in it last night and it turned out beautifully!
