This pan is a good size for making homemade spegetti sauce and it cleans up easily. All my pans are calphalon and I've been very happy with them.

You can't go wrong with any Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick, especially not for this price. Extremely even heat, easy washing. . . It's great. Just be aware, this pan is really BIG. Don't expect it to be small--mine measures roughly 9 1/2 inches across the top. As long as you know that, you'll love it!

I have been using this pan more than 6 months and honestly it is one of the best buys of my life ($29 from amazon). I use it everyday. It cooks evenly and beautifully. I only hand wash it, it is very easy to clean. I don't want to scratch it so I only used silicone utensils so far. It still looks like new, not a scratch. Its size is also very convenient. I am usually cooking for 2 and it is not too large for us, but I also used it to serve up to 5 when we had guests.
I have to say it is a little heavy, which is usually considered good for pans. I can handle this one OK but it is a little hard for me to deal with the "12 inch Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick Pan" with its lid.
Overall, I am very satisfied wih my purchase. If I need one more pan, I will definitely go for this one again.

I love this saucepan! I have since gotten rid of all my other saucepans because I love this one so much! I never have to worry about sauces sticking and making a mess! Washes up beautifully and easy to store in my small kitchen!
