 Great pot for everyday use March 23, 2008
This pot is great for those of us who don't cook and don't want a full set of pots. Rice, frying onions, and scrambled eggs were never easier or turned out better. It cleans up in seconds so it can be used for the next dish. Great gift for those just starting out. Just wish Amazon would bring back the $29 price it was listed at prior to 12/07.

Nice finishing, well balanced, very good lid, it does not stick.
maybe the outside metal finishing scratches a bit too easily, but not big deal.

This is great for sauses and general cooking. The handle is rather long so you need plenty of cabinet space to store it.

Ordered two of these for a family Christmas present. Very high quality N-S pan (more like a small pot) with a well-fitting glass lid. Bigger and roomier than its title ("shallow" saucepan) or its packaging would indicate. One can boil enough pasta for a hungry family of four. Get two and you'll be delighted.

Got this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. Price was excellent and so is the saucepan. I wish I had gotten one for myself. It's a great in-between size.
