This is a fantastic pot. A great size for all sorts of cooking. I love the even heat distribution and clean up is an absolute breeze! Handle has a great "feel" to it and never gets hot. The most used pot in the house and an absolute bargain!!

If you don't have a gas stove, this flat bottom is great on your electric. I love the high sides so the food doesn't slide over the top. Very useful pan.

I'm giving mine away without ever using it. It is an odd shape and seems unbalanced. I think a standard saucier will work better for me.

I purchased this saucepan after watching America's Test Kitchen. I really do take into account their extensive testing of products and therefore have purchased several kitchen items that they've recommended. I have not been disappointed to date. This pan is the best. You should buy it. You'll be glad you did.
