This is a very nice little saucepan. Just the right size for a single guy's dinner. I cook rice, tomato sauce, cans of soup, beans, in this pan with great results. The non-stick surface cleans very easily. It seems to be of very sturdy construction. And it's cheap! The only reason that it doesn't get 5 stars from me is because the handle gets very hot when you cook with it, which I find annoying.

This non-stick pan is exactly the right size for heating a can of soup, making small batches of sauce and gravy, or the kids' morning oatmeal. I use it several times a week. It is also easy to handle and clean. The lid fits perfectly, and it is solidly made. I also have the flat griddle and crepe pan of the same series, all excellent.

Calphalon has always been my favorite pots and pans brand. This is really an amazing non-stick pan, burnt food have no chance of sticking around!

One time in the dishwasher and the handle rusted. So many other reviewers seem happy, but I'm switching camps...All-Clad.

I FIND IT A RUGGED, MULTI-USE PAN THAT IS EASY TO USE AND CLEAN, DUE TO ITS REALLY SUBSTANTIAL COATING, AND THAT WOULD LOOK GOOD IN ANYONES KITCHEN AND ON ANY KIND OF STOVE. IT HAS A PECULIAR KIND OF MASCLINE FEEL TO IT BECAUSE OF THE THICKNESS OF THE ALUMINUM AND THE PRACTICAL AND RUGGED HANDLE. THINKING OF BUYING THE TWO QUART MODEL NEXT.
