 Great start, but scratching. February 12, 2008

We loved this pan when it first arrived, it seemed to be of good quality and food does not stick to it. We use only plastic or wooden utensils when cooking with it, but have started to notice scratch marks in the coating. We have used it for 3 months at this point, and it should not be showing scratches yet! Our Kitchen Aid set is not showing ANY scratches, and we bought them at the same time.

I was looking for a large non-stick pan with low sides that could be used to oven roast salmon. I have other Cuisinart pans and like them very much, but this one tops them all. It is great on top of the stove and in the oven. Nothing sticks to it, everything browns beautifully, and it cleans up easily. I like it so much, I'm buying a second one tonight.

I love this! I've always, always used cast iron & there's nothing more durable, but I use this every chance it get. It truly is non-stick with NO oil, wow. It's as easy to care for as my cast iron. The only difference is using dish soap. The price can't be beat, and it's well made. I think that with proper care it will last a good long time.

Recently purchased this Cuisinart Classic Chefs everyday pan and really love it. The food cooks up very even, and slides around without any sticking. Lots of room and deep enough for sauces to not spill over the top. Handles could be a little bit bigger, but other than that it's great. TRY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT.....

wow!! this pan is amazing nothing sticks i have a hard time using any of my other cookware ever since i purchased this pan it cleans up so easy i don't put it in the dishwasher i always wash my pots and pans by hand but its easy with this pan
