Great Pan January 14, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
A very nice pan, cleans up nice, seems to heat nice. I'm happy with this purchase.
Great Pan!! January 14, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have been using this pan almost daily since I received it. It's a great pan . . . large enought for most anything, the pan heats evenly, the cover fits well and clean up is effortless. I only wish I would have bought two of these pans.
Good pan for the price... January 8, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This pan just arrived and I've already given it a test run. The non-stick is beautiful and everything slides right off with just the barest hint of olive oil. The main con of the pan is this: if you are used to high end cookware, this pan will seem a little...flimsy. It's really quite lightweight compared to some other brands of hard anodized. On the other hand, the current price of $25 is a steal so one can hardly complain. Just don't order this thinking it has the heft of a Calphalon commercial or even Anolon Advanced--it doesn't, but the price is much, much less. Anyway, cooks beautifully and I'm sure it would have the same life-span as other non-stick (which, for me, is somewhere around two years--I don't baby things).
DOES WHAT I WANTED IT TO DO January 6, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I use cast iron pans 95% of the time, but I really wanted a pan that I could use for home fries, and hashbrown potatoes, which would make a nice golden finish and not cause the potatoes to stick or break up. This is the pan. It's absolutely perfect for what I wanted, at medium-low heat. I love the lack of a long handle, as it's much easier to store. I will definitely buy another of this line, if and when the need arises.

I finally bought this pan when it hit $19.99 and think it is so worth the money. Love the fact that I can use it either on the stove or in the oven and I like the clear glass lid instead of one that you have to keep lifting to see the food inside....to me a big advantage over a similar Calphalon pan that is so popular on Amazon. Looks good for use as a serving pan on the table for a casual dinner.
