It works really well. I baked Almond Crisp on it the first time, and it didn't stick on it. Silpat is easy to clean too.

The product - 2 Silpat baking sheert - were just as described and came in good time. I bought two - kept one for myself and gave one as a wedding gift. I already had one and wanted the second for baking two sheets of cookies. They are WONDERFUL. Your cookies will not get burned on the bottom and bake to perfection. Everyone shoule have at least one. These were a good price.

Product was purchased as a gift. I love mine so much that I bought one for a friend. Easy to use and clean over and over again. No more stuck cookies! Highly recommend for the baker in your family.

To tell you the truth, I didn't got the item yet!
That's because I live in Brazil and asked a friend of mine to bring it to me. I should receive it in the next week, but I've seen how this product works and I think it's fantastic!
You can work with sugar, chocalate, cakes and cookies - and it never sticks!

I own 4 Silpats because I bake so many cookies during the winter holidays (gifts to the library, fire station, and school). I also use them throughout the year for baking rolls, pizza, and just about anything that goes on a cookie sheet.
I cannot imagine baking without it.
Easy to use and clean.
NOTE: Don't buy look alikes. I purchased an off-brand since it cost less. I gave away the off-brand at no-cost and purchased Silpat. The cheap comes out expensive. I not only lost the cost of the off-brand, but the cookies I made were just not as easy to remove from the sheet, etc.
