I have three of these for my three large cookie sheets & make baking & clean up so easy. Highly recommend these if you do a lot of cooking.

These are fantastic. I no longer need to grease a pan or have a stuck cookie on a sheet. They are easy to clean and a must have for any level baker.

I really like these new silicone baking products. They are so simple to use & clean-up is a breeze; just wipe clean. They also roll up to conveniently store in a drawer. Nothing sticks to them and everything I've tried browns beautifully.

It works really well. I baked Almond Crisp on it the first time, and it didn't stick on it. Silpat is easy to clean too.
