I have used it often....wonderful. Nothing sticks, it's easy to wash. Only one problem I have a smaller oven so the cookie sheets I use under it are a bit smaller than the silpat and cookies slide to the center because of the higher edges of the cookie sheets. Measure carefully!

I ordered silpat "mats' and enjoy them..they workd well.....I also ordered a gold chain and received one thata I didn't order and have not heard one word about my request to you to follow up.

I have used Silpat baking mats for about 2 years now. I am not the best baker in the world, but this certainly makes it easier. I have baked cookies, tater-tots, fish etc. and it goes in the top rack of the dishwasher and comes out looking like new. I have given this item as a gift and it was a hit. It keeps it's shape, washes well and is easy to store. Using a Silpat is easier than using tinfoil or parchment paper to line a pan. I have used other silicone baking mats and they gave off fumes and in a couple of cases, changed color. With Silpat, there are no fumes and no color changes, no peeling or flaking either. The only con that I can think of is that you cannot broil on it!

great mat to roll a dough. the mat does not move at all. plus is it very thin. But I did not try to bake on it.

these silpat mats live up to their reputation..i'm completely delighted. they immediately make you feel like a better baker.easy to clean, store, use.. I'll try the kneading mat next.
